Processional Canopy

Over at I&C I'm writing about this canopy, which my friend Debbie and her girls made for Father to use back at Corpus Christi. I never saw the old one, which they also made, and which Debbie refers to as "The Big Top." Apparently it had stripes.

The servers didn't spread this one out enough, so you can't see how beautiful all the embroidery is, especially when you consider that a 13-year-old, an 11-year-old, and an 8-year-old did most of it.

Maybe someone could build a lightweight frame to hold the cloth stretched out.
